EMA was founded in 2007 and is a booking and management agency operating on a worldwide basis. We work closely with labels, licensors, distributors as well as media-, marketing- and promoagencies building up and accelerating artist careers. We represent and advise our clients on all challenges of international markets and develop a strategic plan to achieve objectives and support their execution.

  We first heard of Myron & E with the Soul Investigators a few years back when they released a string of excellent funk 45s on the Timmion label. They signed with Stones Throw last year, and we're proud to announce their debut album Broadway will be released July 2, 2013.

  EMA welcomes one of the leading bands of the TechnoBrega scene. While focusing on life in the suburbs of Amazonia (Belém/ Brasil), the band produces a blend of techno, Caribbean music, cumbia, euro disco, electro, creating a new rhythm - electromelody. The Gang do Eletro has attracted the attention of media incl. Rolling Stone, MTV, Billboard, O Globo & Vice and will release their album in april 2013 through the Brazilian label DeckDisc.

  Two of our artists have been selected by SXSW 2013 to perform showcases. The Relatives from Dallas (Voodoo Gospel Funk)(15th of march 10pm @ The Continental Club) and Charles Walker & the Dynamites from Nashville have been selected to perform an official showcase march 16 @12:00 midnight at Bar 96. Note: We will be attending SXSW 2013 and would be happy to meet you there. We will be located around the german pavillon.
